BBO生物竞赛要求学生有很强的阅读能力与生物学知识面广度来准确作答。同时也需要通过学生整体的生物学知识体系,形成系统性的生物学科学观,来分析判断题目给出的背景信息来作答。 竞赛的目的不是为了筛选看书多背书多的学生,而是真正对生命科学形成系统性知识理解和科学性思维的学生,因此在学习中对知识点进行总结归纳形成体系是极其重要的。 备考USABO&BBO生物竞赛,给大家提出了三个建议: 早早准备 因为备考这两个竞赛需要背诵的内容非常多。如果同学们在考试前才打开课本准备考试,那么可能就与奖牌擦肩而过了,所以大家尽量提前4-6个月准备。考试中涉及到的板块和内容非常多,高中生物的全部内容都也有包含,还有一些额外的知识需要补充,所以越早准备,掌握知识的程度越充分。 刷套题 真题不管是什么考试大家必须要有的学习资料了,大家在准备期间都会刷很多套题,大家在做题的时候,尤其是作真题,最好是能计时,以免在做题时遇到不会的题一直看,浪费时间。 USABO&BBO做题时,大家一定要保证在规定时间内做题,可以看下在规定时间内做完整套卷子能对多少道题,或者在规定时间内做完自己会做的,能做多少道题。但是要注意BBO考试题多,题干内容长。 题目类型不一样,难度不一样,需要的做题思路也不一样,所以大家一定要刷题,越多越好。但刷题的时候,尽量是把知识点都掌握了再去刷题,这样才能更好的检测自己知识点掌握的情况,从而查缺补漏。 语言和阅读 大家在备考USABO&BBO都是需要背大量单词的,因为考试的试卷都是英文,尤其是专业术语,因此对于专业术语的记忆,大家一定要花时间,下功夫,不要把太多的时间话费在读题上面。
