目前即使是资深的雅思老师在谈论某些T/F/NG的题目上也存在分歧!有的主张对于某些题目来说是可以逻辑上进行推理的，而有的却坚决反对逻辑上的推理。
首先由于各人的理解不同，对“逻辑推理”本身这四个字的理解就有所不同!本人所指的“逻辑推理”是指比较极端的、明显带有主观色彩的、尤其是根据原文的某些句子发散出去的推理，这种推理是肯定不行的!
原文： Moregirls(70%) than boys(60%) raised the idea of rainforest as animal habitats.Similarly, but at a lower level, more girls(13%) than boys (5%)said thatrainforests provided human habitats.
问题：Girlsare more likely than boys to hold mistaken views about the rainforests’ destruction.
分析：很多学生会选择T，原因是原文首先交待了一个事实，即的确是更多的女孩提出这个概念;但是，有没有说这种概念是错误的呢?!有的同学根据的常识得出这种观念的确是错误的，于是总结出这题应该是T。
首先对文章内容的总结、归纳是指原文用几句话表述一个概念，题目用一句话总结出其重点或核心部分。比如：
原文：Secondary schoolchildren were asked to complete a questionnaire containing five open-formquestions. The most frequent responses to the first question were descriptionswhich are self-evident from the term ‘rainforest’. The second question concerned the geographical location ofrainforests. Responses to question three concerned the importance ofrainforest. The fourth question concerned the causes of the destruction ofrainforests. In answer to the final question about the importance of rainforestconservation, the majority of children simply said that we need rainforests tosurvive.
问题：The study reportedhere follows on from a series of studies that have looked at children’s understanding of rainforests.
分析：很多同学由于坚决遵循不能逻辑推理的原则而选了NG，那么他们忽略了一个问题，即总结、归纳的问题!这道题的表述明显是对这一长串内容的总结或者说是归纳，因此应该是T!
原文：The organizationsuggested that more materials of this kind should be introduced to China.
问题：More materials ofthis kind were introduced to China by the organization.
分析：很多同学又会选了NG，但是很可惜，他们又忽略了第二个问题，即语义的延伸。很多人对“语义延伸”的概念不理解。本人所指的语义延伸是指一个英语表达其本身所涵盖的言外之意。比如: He used to smoke. 此句字面上的意思是他过去抽烟。但言外之意却是现在已经不抽了。所以如果出道题说：He does not smoke now。那么答案应该是T而不能是NG。
总结：听了上述分析会发现，有些题目在实际操作中的确很难把握，这也是T/F/NG的难点所在。越是逻辑严谨的人，做此类题目反而错误率高! |
