从目前已出的题目来看，我觉得难度都在可控范围之内，基本可用之前的话题内容互套。若我还没有对某一篇话题做具体的讲解，大家可从“雅思素材”（点击标题查看原文）中查看适合的文章进行参考。
今天我选择首讲的话题为《一件衣服》。
Describe a piece of clothing you like wearing
You should say:
• When and where you bought it
• How often you wear it
• What it looks like
• And explain why you enjoy wearing it
此题等同于曾经考过的话题《制服》。为此，在这个话题里，你可以选择讲一件便服，你也可以选择你曾经买过的制服。
When and where you bought it
针对这个小问题，我们有两种拓展方式。
① 直接式
“When”的部分按照“Year-Month-Date-Hour”的方式补充相关的时间信息；“Where”的部分则可拆分为“Online”或者“Offline”，接着再对店铺信息做填充，比如：Location/ Shop owner/ Price/ Quality/ Who bought it等。
Example one：
My favorite item of clothing is an old hoodie. I bought it two years ago when I took part in an exchange program in the UK. On the last day of the program, I visited Cambridge University with several of my new friends and I stumbled across it in a souvenir shop opposite the university.
It was a bit expensive, but the shop owner was a kind lady and she gave me a discount. In the end, it only cost 20 pounds.
Example two：
My favorite item of clothing is my school uniform. I bought it last year when I started secondary school. On the first day, our headteacher gave us a purchasing link and asked us to buy it online. When I went back home, my mum bought it for me and she paid around 200 yuan for it.
② 间接式
按【认知过程-目前结果】的答题框架来解题，在“结果部分”给出和“When/where”相关的信息。
Example one：
My favorite item of clothing is a T-shirt from Nike that I bought last year. I stumbled across it online and was attracted by its design. However, it was a bit expensive and I couldn’t afford it. Fortunately, they had a big sale on November 11th and the T-shirt had 1/3 off its original price, so I snapped it up.
Example two：
My favorite item of clothing is an old jumper that I bought a few years ago. My friend had one first and I really liked the vibrant colors and design. She said she didn’t mind if I wanted to buy one, too. So I went online and ordered one.
遇到"频率"类型问题，我们可按"主次"或"时间线"回答。
① 按主次拆分
强调不同场合频率差。
Example one：
I wear the hoodie all the time when I am slouching around the house especially during the autumn and winter months. Unfortunately, it’s a bit hot to wear in the summer. I would wear it 365 days a year if I could.
Example two：
I wear the T-shirt very often in the summertime. Even though it’s a bit cold to wear in the winter, I sometimes pair it with my jacket and coat for a layering effect.
Example three：
I wear the school uniform during the week when I am in school. I use it for everything, including exercise and classes. Sometimes, I wear it on the weekends as well when I take part in some volunteering work.
② 按时间线拆分
强调前后频率差。
Example one：
I have worn it a lot over the last few years especially in the summer. But now it has seen better days and there are a few holes under the arm and the colors are fading, so I wear it once in a blue moon and it is kept in my wardrobe.
Example two：
I have never worn it, because it was way too big for me. But recently, I put on weight, so now it is my favorite jumper. I wear it all through autumn and winter as it hides my big stomach.
Example three：
At first, I only wore the uniform when I participated in school events. However, last year, we were told we had to wear it everyday, so now I wear it from Monday to Friday.
答题角度：Appearance （color/ size/ shape/ material/decoration/ style）
解题结构：主次/时间线
• Color颜色
亮色系的衣服让人觉得青春、有活力，同时也非常的引人注目，可它不是特别的耐脏；暗色系的衣服则可以让穿的人变得低调，同时它也非常显瘦、耐脏、百搭。
Example one：
It is a white T-shirt which gives me a fresh look. However, it gets dirty easily, so I need to be very careful when I wear it.
Example two：
It is a yellow dress, my favorite color. Every time I wear it, it makes me look good. My friend told me that it really suits me. She says the colors flatters my skin tone and I look lighter.
Example three：
It’s all grey and because it is dark, it hides the dirt and my mum doesn’t need to wash it very often. Also, it goes well with all my outfits, so I don't have to spend much time working out what to wear.
• Size大小
描述不同的大小给人的感觉。它可能有点小，所以穿的有点紧，会让人透不过气来；它可能有点大 (oversize)，穿起来很时尚，很男朋友风。
Example one：
At first, it was way too big for me and I looked like I was wearing a sack. However, last year, I gained a lot of weight, so now it fits me perfectly.
Example two：
It is huge, so even in the winter I can wear many layers underneath.
Example three：
At first, it fitted me perfectly. However, I recently put on some weight, so now it is a bit tight. I need to breath in when I want to do it up.
• Decoration 装饰物
它可以是厂方设置的，比如：文字、图案、拉链、口袋、纽扣等，也可以是你后期人为添加的，比如：手绘、别针、腰带、油渍等。装饰物部分首推“口袋”，毕竟“衣服上要有口袋”是多数人的执念。
Example one：
It’s blue with multi-colored stripes and has two big pockets at the front where I can keep all my stuff like my mobile phone, keys and purse, which is really handy.
Example two：
The hoodie has the name of the university embroidered on the front in red which makes it stand out. It also has the school’s motto at the back of it “I will persist until I succeed”.
Example three：
It has definitely seen better days. There are a few holes under the arms and the colors are fading a bit.
• Shape 形状
衣服的形状就是衣服轮廓 (Silhouette)，比如：A-line (A字形的)。但这个角度相对较为专业，如果你对于衣服的版型不是很了解的话，你可以直接忽略这个部分。
Example：
It’s a pretty, girly A-line dress. Wearing it makes me look sweet and cute.
• Material 材料
我们可以给出具体的材料名，比如：Cotton, Silk, Polyester等。如果你对于这些单词都不熟悉，我们就从性质上来介绍衣服的材料，比如：Lightweight, Waterproof, Breathable等。
Example one：
The jumper is made from Llama wool, so it is really soft and snugly.
Example two：
The jacket is made of wind-resistant and water-proof material, so it is suitable to wear even in the early winter.
• Style 风格
它可以是简洁风，没有太多装饰物；它也可以是中国风，衣服上充满了属于中国的文化元素。
Example one：
The T-shirt has a Chinese design. It is red which in China is a sign of good fortune. It also has gold dragons on it which makes it look very elegant and unique.
Example two：
It is a very simple T-shirt. It is grey and doesn’t have any patterns on it. My friend thinks it is very dull and not fashionable, but I really like it.
看完这六个点之后，我们便可按主次/时间线进行作答。
Example one：Size(past-now)+Decoration
At first, it was way too big for me and I looked like I was wearing a sack. However, last year, I gained a lot of weight, so now it fits me perfectly.It’s blue with multi-colored stripes and has two big pockets at the front where I can keep all my stuff like my mobile phone, keys and purse, which is really handy.
Example two：Material+ Decoration
It is a black jumper which is made from Llama wool, so it is really soft and snugly. It has definitely seen better days. There are a few holes under the arms and the colors are fading a bit.
Example three：Decoration+Color
It is a simple casual uniform which is worn by girls and boys. We wear a pair of tracksuit bottoms, a round neck t-shirt and a tracksuit top. It has the name of our school embroidered on the front in red which makes it stand out.
It’s all grey and because it is dark, it hides the dirt and my mum doesn’t need to wash it very often. Also, it goes well with all my outfits, so I don't have to spend much time working out what to wear.
① 从衣服本身出发
我们会喜欢某件衣服绝大部分是因为衣服本身。如果说时尚是喜欢的原因之一的话，我更会倾向于它容易搭配，这样就可以减轻我们每日穿搭的问题。
Example：
I like wearing it, because I don't have to worry about deciding what to wear everyday. It takes away all that stress. As I am really indecisive, it can take me ages to pick a suitable outfit. As it goes with everything, wearing it has solved this problem. I can match it with different kinds of clothes and shoes. Because of this, I tend to wear it all the time.
② 从情感出发
因为衣服会代表某一类事物，所以我们对一件衣服的喜爱可能就是出自于对某事物的热爱。比如：一件购买自剑桥大学的卫衣就可以成为我追寻梦想的动力；一件印有逝去小狗的T恤就可以寄托我对它的思念。
Example：
The reason I like wearing it is because it is quite trendy and makes me feel good. It also means a lot to me. Attending Cambridge University has always been my dream since I was young. the first time I heard about it was when I was in primary school.
My mum told me it was one of the most prestigious universities in the world. If I could be a student there, my life would be very promising. I am going to do everything I can to achieve my goal. Wearing my hoodie always reminds me to keep going and never slack off.
以上是我们从普通衣服出发给出的观点，如果是制服呢，我们不如则可以从“Uniform”带来的利弊来分析问题：
① Pros 好处
- Save time/ Save money 省钱/省时间
对于制服而言，它最大的好处就是省钱/省时间。就像校服，你每天都要穿，为此你就不需要再去逛街买衣服。省下来的钱可以去买其它自己喜欢的东西，省下来的时间则可以放在工作或者学习上。
Example：
Even though my classmates moan a lot and think our uniform is not that flattering, I really like it, because it helps me save time and money. I used to be a shopaholic and I couldn’t stop buying clothes. However, since I have had to wear a uniform, I have lost interest in shopping. Because of this, I spend less money every month and I have managed to save a lot.
- A stress-free choice 没有压力
制服也可以减轻部分学生的压力。拿贫困生举例，如果不是因为校服的话，他们可能会长期性的遭受别人的嘲讽因为买不起有品质的衣服。
Example：
I love wearing the uniform because everybody looks the same. When we wear our own clothes, other students judge and mock people’s style. To be honest, when I was young, my family didn’t have much money, so I didn’t have new clothes.
Most of my clothes were hand-me-downs from my cousin. Because of this, my classmates always laughed at me, but now we all wear a uniform, nobody says a word. It makes my school life less stressful.
- Sense of pride荣誉感
制服也会给你带来荣誉感，尤其当你对你所处的社群非常满意的时候。可能对其他人而言穿制服是一种折磨，但对你而言，穿制服是心甘情愿，哪怕别人没有要求你穿的时候你也会自愿穿上它。比如：浙大的制服、阿里巴巴的制服、警服等。
Example：
I really love my school uniform. Unlike other people who dislike wearing it and think it is dull and out of fashion, I like wearing it and even feel proud when I do, as the uniform represents my school and I love my school very much.
I remember once I wore it to go shopping and someone came up to me and asked if I was a student at the university. When I told her yes, she got very excited and asked me lots of questions. I felt really good afterwards.
② Cons 坏处
- Lack of fashion sense缺乏时尚品味
在一定程度上，制服会限制一个人的审美能力。不了解当下时尚趋势，也不清楚怎样的服饰才是真正适合自己的。
