今天要拆解的话题《想要共事的家人》，就是基于《有趣的邻居》做的改编，同时再给大家一些新的想法
Describe a family member who you would like to work with in the future
You should say:
• Who the person is
• Whether you have worked together before
• What kind of work you would like to do with the person
• And how you feel about the person
此题整体难度一般，之所以很多同学无从下手也可能是因为似乎跟家人共事是多数同学没有考虑过的事情。同时，很多人身边哥哥姐姐不再像以前那么多，为此，就觉得跟爸妈一起共事是一件非常odd的事情。
但是要注意的是，千万不要被你自己的主观情绪影响而导致纠结过久具体的人物选择。在这道题里，任何一个家人都可以。
他可以是你的至亲，也可以是你的表亲，甚至还可以是姐夫/嫂子之类的，他们都是你的家人。
就像我的一个学生选择的人物是他的“洋姐夫”，而这个洋姐夫的原型则是他的邻居--“英语老师”。我觉得还蛮有趣的。
那么现在就跟着我一个个的来拆解每个小问题吧！
人物类的第一小问究竟该怎么拓展，我之前写过的每一篇话题都可以直接拿来借鉴。不过，我个人比较喜欢的一条拓展路线是：fact--but--feeling。
也就是说，当我确定具体的这个人物后，我会给出提出一个和他相关的背景事实，比如：年龄/教学背景/健康/工作等，然后通过转折的形式给出我的感受。
比如：他是个80岁的老头，但是身板依旧硬朗；他长相平平，但有着一颗超强的大脑；他瘦瘦小小的，但内心却很坚强；他体弱多病，但内心刚毅等。
Example one：
If it were possible, I would like to work with my cousin who is one year older than me. She is an independent person and has supported herself from a young age.
Example two：
If it were possible, I would like to work with my mum. She used to be a professional accountant, working in an international company, but she resigned from her position when she got pregnant. After that, she never worked again but devoted her time to raising me.
Example three：
If it were possible, I would like to work with my uncle. He is incredibly smart and has great business sense 很强的商业头脑. He started his business from scratch 白手起家 when he dropped out of middle school. With his hard work and dedication, he became very successful.
Example four：
If it were possible, I would like to work with my elder sister. She suffers from autism 自闭症, but she shows great talent for painting. Her pictures are always very creative and imaginative. She was invited to have her own exhibition in a well-known gallery last year.
Whether you have worked together before
这道题有两条线可以走：有或者没有，但重点在于我说完了“有或没有”之后，我该怎么进一步的拓展？
Example one：
Actually, we haven’t worked together, but we hang out a lot. We usually play video games when we have time. He is such a pro 专业玩家 who always shows me the ropes 指点诀窍 and teaches me the tricks. With his guidance, my skills have improved dramatically. Sometimes, we do voluntary work together. In the past, we have picked up rubbish on the beach and kept old people company in our local nursing home. He usually teaches me the importance of having a sense of social responsibility.
Example two：
To be honest, we have never had the chance to work together, but I usually spend time with my mum. My mum is my life mentor and I enjoy chatting with her every day. She always shares interesting stories with me and tells me how she overcomes her difficulties. I learn a lot. Sometimes, we bake together. It is a very good way to kill time.
我们如果一起干过什么，接着我们便可按“5w1h”（when/where/who/what/why/ how/ how much/ how often/ how long）的拓展法对其细节进行进一步描述。
比如：我们之前有一起去一家公司实习+什么时候去的+去的哪家公司+做什么内容+工资如何+最终工作了多长时间；除此之外，我们之前还有一起在小区里举办过一个“reading club”+什么时候创立的+有多少参与+主要是那些人参与+多久举办一次活动+感受如何。
Example one：
Actually, we worked together last summer holiday. We launched a project to run an online store on Taobao. Even though it was a bit hard for us at the beginning, we overcame all the problems we were faced with. We made such a good team and sold over 100 items in a month. However, because of our busy schedule, we had to close it.
Example two：
To be honest, my uncle invited me to be his assistant a year ago, as our school encouraged us to find an internship. I couldn’t find a suitable placement 实习工作 so he asked me to work for him for several months. He is a very patient and approachable person. As a novice 新手, I made so many mistakes. He put up with 忍受 me and took his time showing me the ropes 指点诀窍. Finally, with his guidance, I was able to do most tasks in the office.
What kind of work you would like to do with the person
此题的拓展方向有两个：

Example one：
If possible, I would like to run a gaming studio with him. It’s a very promising area at the moment and there is a lot of money to be made. Apparently every year, a small studio can earn at least a million dollars. What’s more, both of us have our ideas about video games. We aim to create engaging and educational games for the young generation.
Example two：
Actually, we have discussed what kind of business we would like to have before. My sister really would like to have her own gallery, so she could use the space to exhibit her work. As I am a huge supporter of her, I would definitely like to make her dream come true. Because of this, I chose Exhibition Economy and Management 会展经济与管理 as my degree. I want to use and share my knowledge to help her manage the gallery successfully.
Example three：
If it were possible, I would like to run an international trade company with my uncle. He kind of gave me the idea. He mentioned that he could provide me with assistance in this area with various kinds of resources. As I am learning English right now, I think with his help, I would be qualified enough to succeed in this business.
How you feel about the person

想要共事的理由可能是因为她的上进心以及超强的沟通能力。
Example ：
I would like to work with her because she is a highly motivated person. She has a strong will to continue learning and exploring new avenues. I think if I could work with her, she would drive me a lot and I will never slack off. What’s more, she has excellent communication skills and comes across as very approachable. I believe she has a strong ability to help develop the market.
想要共事的理由可能是因为他具备冒险的品格。
Example：
I would like to work with him because he is a very adventurous person. Unlike myself who is a bit timid, he likes to step out of his comfort zone and take risks. This quality can help us explore new avenues in our business so we can grow and expand.
想要共事的理由可能是因为他知识渊博、经验丰富以及自律。
Example：
He is a good partner to work with. He is experienced and knowledgeable. When working with him, I don’t need to worry if I have any problems. He always gives me ideas to solve obstacles. What’s more, he is self-disciplined. He never wastes time on unimportant things. I think it’s a very important trait to have when you have your own business.
