“忙碌的经历”是经历类的新题，选题方向提供大家几个角度去参考：
一种是要完成一件很重要的事情，事无巨细要安排，任务量很大；或者是因为各种原因（比如拖延症/临时安排）导致ddl快到了，时间紧急；还有一种是几件事撞在了一起，所以时间紧张，非常忙碌。
我们来看看这道题目可以如何串题：

有一个“想参加的比赛”，以为不会获胜，但最后获奖了，临时要策划举办一个“庆祝活动”，前后都是“忙碌的经历”
👉 以“意外情况”为核心
忘记了自己有课程，临时想起来要上课，赶紧收拾出门，但是遇上了“堵车的经历”，想尽办法，只能“远距离步行”，这是一堂“印象深刻的课程”，一天都是“忙碌的经历”
可以先上来简单概括一下要聊的主题，是一个什么事件（你要去做什么事），接下来可以详细描述一下时间，一种当然可以聊具体时间点（几个月/年前、去年夏天等等），另外还可以聊是什么情况下发生的，或者是故事发生的背景或缘由（遇到了什么事情）
如果有地点可以说一下发生的地点，或者聊一下地点的变化，从哪里到哪里、去过了哪些地方。
如果是活动类的，可以从前期策划、人员安排、现场流程、物资准备这几个方面去展开。如果是任务类的，可以从每天要花多少时间在某事上、你是否寻求别人帮助或使用了节省时间的方法、具体做了些什么内容等方面展开。另外，还可以从侧面来体现忙碌，比如都没有时间吃饭、梦里都在准备这个事件、天天加班等等。
因为本题涉及忙碌，可以从精神和身体两个角度来聊，身体角度就是因为忙碌导致的饮食不规律、休息不够，人都消瘦憔悴了、无精打采、结束之后恶补了几天休息；在精神层面上，可以说因为时间紧，感到了压力、非常紧张焦虑、任务量大感觉很疲惫，再聊一下结束之后的心态，比如后悔、再也不会这样了、吸取教训等等。

There was a memorable experience when I had an interview with the president Dong Mingzhu last summer holiday with my instructor. Although I was as busy as a bee at that time，what I had learnt made it all worthwhile.
When I got the notice that I had the opportunity to meet such a brilliant businesswoman, I felt extremely excited because it's rare and I could learn traits from her while interviewing. As for the preparation, I made a list first of what I needed to allocate and how to arrange the scene. it cost me a couple of days and because I was the person chiefly in charge, every detail had to fall into place in person.
