非正式填充词+高级词汇/句式
这句开头既用了地道的口语填充词“you know”，也在后面出现比较高级的词汇“bookworm”（书虫）和“incessant”（无尽的、不断的）
这句话中比较地道的填充词是“gotta be upfront here”（在这里不得不说实话），而后半句还用了从句句式，提升句子的丰富程度~
