词汇贫乏几乎是所有中国学生在英语考试中面临的普遍难题，小满酱总结一下近几年学员的托福成绩，发现大家的口语和写作分数平均都是低于阅读和听力的，在询问了学员后他们反馈的普遍原因，都是词汇匮乏、“无话可说”。
在写作中考生常常是一个词用到底。
【认为】永远是【think】，【人们】永远是【people】，【流行】就是【popular】，【转折词】永远只有【but】，一篇文章甚至能出现五六个【but】。
其实英语词汇是很丰富和汉字一样，一个单词能表达多种意思，一种意思也能用多个单词表达。
而托福虽是机考阅卷老师在阅卷过程中却是比较看重考生的词汇多样性的。
因此托福写作想要得高分，除了清晰的思路、完整的逻辑之外，丰富的、高级的词汇也是很重要的。
