TSA 考试简介
TSA考试的全称为Thinking Skills Assessment，是牛津大学、剑桥大学和伦敦大学学院部分专业用于区分候选人的入学考试。考试不测试学术知识或特定学科的学习，侧重于测试学生的思维方式，在批判性思维、逻辑、论证或跟随论证、空间推理和数学计算等方面的能力。

TSA考试的报名时间：9月1日-10月15日（牛剑截止时间）
TSA考试时间：11月初
成绩发布时间：次年1月
TSA Section 1
其中25题为批判性思维测试（Critical Thinking Questions），另外25题为解决问题能力测试（Problem-solving skills）。题目顺序从易到难，但两种类型的题目是穿插设置的。

Problem-solving skills部分需要学生掌握的数学技能包括：
TSA Section 2
写作的字数要求是750个单词以内，考察学生以清晰、简洁的方式组织思路，并有效表达的能力。
以下是2019年Section 2给出的题目，如果是你的话会选择哪一道题目呢？
1. Should children strike to demand action on a major issue such as climate change?
2. Assume that automated face recognition technology is completely reliable. What restrictions, if any, should there be on its use?
3. Could somebody choose to change their race?
4. Should the main objective of a business be to make money?
答题字数有上限要求，但也不是篇幅越长越好。从往年的得分情况来看，得分较高的回答通常在450-550词左右。重点是对问题的思考和在写作中推理表述的过程。
